Packaging

Only zero-waste, plastic-free packaging materials are used to ship your items. Please find something inventive to reuse it for, before recycling or composting!

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of purchase, excluding the day order is made i.e. an order placed on Monday will be dispatched the latest by Thursday, a package ordered on Friday will by dispatched the latest by the following Wednesday etc. (Please note, no packages are dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays).

UK Shipping:

  • £3.60 Tracked Royal Mail 48 Hour (From Dispatch).

  • £4.30 Tracked Royal Mail 24 Hour (From Dispatch).

  • Orders over £50 qualify for Free UK Shipping and will be sent by Tracked Royal Mail 48 Hour (From Dispatch). Please use the code GSGUKFREE at checkout to activate discount.

International Shipping.

  • £10.00 International Tracked & Signed. Estimated 5-7 day delivery (From Dispatch).

USA (mainland) and Canada:

  • £13.00 International Tracked & Signed. Estimated 7-10 day delivery (From Dispatch).

Australia & New Zealand:

  • £14.00 International Tracked & Signed. Estimated 7-10 day delivery (From Dispatch).

All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Green Soul Grace is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your item/s if you have any queries regarding your order.

If you wish to return a product please email me at info@greensoulgrace.org so I can help. I am unable to accept returns of Reusable Bamboo Cutlery Sets and Snack Bags due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, so please contact me before you send any products back. I am only able to accept items up to 28 days from when the order was placed.
